About me
In 2011, I had the opportunity to set out on my own as a freelance editor and videographer, and I have never looked back. I have made two critically acclaimed feature-length documentaries. The first, Bannister: Everest on the Track, has been lauded by Indie Wire as one of the greatest sports documentaries of all time. The second, The Stand: How One Gesture Shook the World, garnered nationwide attention when it was broadcast on PBS.
I have traveled the U.S. filming and editing case studies for Descartes, a leading cloud-based logistics company, and I help create urgency for action on climate for Environmental Defence Fund and Moms Clean Air Force, where I am a trusted freelance editor.
My job is to help organizations bring their stories to life. I use video storytelling to share real-world insights from sports, leadership lessons from the global economy, and to drive action and support for mission-based organizations.
I work in all formats, from timely social videos to corporate testimonials, to feature-length documentaries, covering everything from managing organizational change to how the 4-minute mile was broken by Sir Roger Bannister 70 years ago. My clients include Descartes, KimBia Athletics, Moms Clean Air Force, Environmental Defense Fund, Striker Productions, XKA Digital, and Puma.
I have over 20 years of filming, editing, and production experience. I am a Northeastern University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism. I initially honed my skills in the world of 24-hour TV news, where stories were constant and every deadline was tight. I am happiest when I am immersed in editing or am out filming great content for my clients.
On a personal note, I am a lifelong athlete. I was a Division 1 collegiate swimmer at Northeastern University. I compete in triathlon and have held World and National titles in my age group, and I am proud to have qualified six times for the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii. Iām still an avid swimmer and love coaching a local masters swim team in Wayland, MA.
